• I am not in-network with any insurance companies, however, I am accepting clients with self-pay and with out-of-network benefits.  

• If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits and need to submit a claim for a reimbursement from your insurance company, I can issue you necessary paperwork weekly or monthly. Please contact your insurance company to check your out-of-network benefits and its reimbursement rate in advance.
